Commissioning Services
Commissioning Differences
Commissioning proves that the building and its systems work as intended. To accomplish this we document all tests, and test sequences, relationships and dependencies between systems. We provide training for all startup and testing, and in cases where failure scenarios are identified, we recommend solutions.
Commissioning Cost
Commissioning costs can range from one tenth of a percent to one and a half percent of project cost, depending upon many factors, including project complexity, commissioning level, scope of services, scope of work, disciplines and systems commissioned, and the owner's in-house capabilities.
Commissioning Steps
Mayar's commissioning process monitors, tests, evaluates and documents the operation and function of the facility's critical systems. Through testing and failure scenarios, the commissioning process proves (or finds and corrects weaknesses in) the design and construction of these systems. By initiating the commissioning process at the beginning of every project, we ensure that each facility operates as intended.
